To ensure ease of integration, payment and proper fulfillment of your successful auctions; and to ensure you are abiding by our marketplace rules, we have created this document to detail how Wholesaler Outlet can work with Auctions.
You're welcome to use the descriptions provided or you are welcome to enhance these, but you cannot misrepresent the products you want sell. To embellish is one thing, to misrepresent is another!
All of Wholesaler Outlet's terms and policies will have to be adhered too and will be upheld. From our point of view, there is no difference whether you are making the purchase yourself, or a consumer is purchasing off one of your "retail" websites.
Please also keep in mind that with auctions, you would be collecting the monies from the winning bidder yourself. So, if your auction winner turns out to be a fraud, we will NOT be refunding your order if the products have already been sent. We will try our best to stop the order if it has not already been sent, but, it is your responsibility to ensure that the payment received was legitimate, not ours.
OK, back on track here. After your auction is over and you have a winner, simply go onto Wholesaler Outlet and place your order. To minimize the possibility of your order being refused for fraud, please put their name and shipping address in the "Ship To", while your information goes into the "Bill To". By doing this, we should be able to speed processing through and have this into the system for processing right away. If by chance we make a mistake and not honor the order due to fraud screening, simply send an email to advise us of the error and we will correct it immediately. This is not a situation that happens often, but it has happened, and I want to ensure everyone understands that.
As soon as an order is received and gone through fraud screening, we would process as per all other orders received. You would have to log into the system and advise your winning bidder of the tracking number as soon as it is posted. Our system will also send the Ship To customer a tracking number, but depending on what name you use on your auction, the winning bidder may not recognize this. This email will come from our warehouse Secure2U.
Customers should receive their product within approximately 7-10 days from date of order, and we would honor the returns policies, refund policy, and warranty offered or noted for that particular item.
Another point to keep in mind is that we do not offer customer service, phone support, or Live Help to eBay auctions. You are the seller, and when you choose to market through the Secure2U/Wholesaler Outlet system, you take on this responsibility as well. Please be respectful of this. Have your eBay questions sent to yourself, and if need be, we will try to assist you if you cannot answer the query.
Fulfillment:
Although every effort is made to keep stock as accurate as possible, the onus is upon yourself to ensure what you are marketing on eBay will be available when your auction is complete. There is no means for us to be able to monitor or to even know what you are auctioning, and because of continual sales, no way to guarantee stock. Our recommendation is to purchase the items you feel give you the best opportunity for success on eBay and have it available at your home when a successful auction is completed. If you choose to rely on our stocking levels, please understand that this is a risk you are choosing to accept, and Wholesaler Outlet will not be responsible for a lost auction sale due to stock. No reimbursements of listing or selling fees, PayPal fees or any other costs incurred. The responsibility is yours!
