Terms & Conditions of Use: These are our terms and are not too viewed as a contract of any kind.

We recommend Consult Soft Services LTD to continue using our program in the current manner in which it is currently being used as of Nov 20th 2007. Under these terms we do not accept the titles of affiliate, independent contractor, partner etc. to protect ourselves from possible future legal action in which could be taken against Consult Soft Services LTD.

Limitation of Damages: Wholesaler Outlet shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages or any loss of revenue or profits arising under or with respect to this recommendation with Consult Soft Services LTD or by with Consult Soft Services LTD, even if Wholesaler Outlet has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Wholesaler Outlet is not responsible for any illegal activities conducted in past, present or future Consult Soft Services LTD sales or services.

Governing Law: This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota and the United States. You agree to settle any dispute under this recommendation under the laws of the State of Minnesota. Any litigation arising under this recommendation will be brought in the federal or state courts in or nearest Hennepin County, Minnesota.
